All of which leads me to introduce you to
Sis boom ba! Creations by my family that I now sell at Kathleen's.

This August, for a week, my three sisters, my mom, niece, daughter-in-law and the grand- daughters spent a week at my house, each of us doing the artsy-craftsy stuff we love to do.
My mother, at age 91 embroiders, my sister Bonnie is a great (and fast) quilter. My sister Linda is a talented
seamstress, and my sister D'Ann owns a graphic design firm in Dallas and is really the artist in the bunch.

My niece Cindy, and my daughter-in-law
Michelle, both love to scrapbook so they
inspired us with all the materials and tools
that come with that hobby.

My great nephew Tanner & granddaughters
Kathy and Hailie were the real kids in the
bunch and kept us all energized with their
boundless energy and enthusiasm.

As for myself, I'm more of a 'putzer and
dabbler' as well as the idea person for
merchandising our creative endeavours.

So we decided that we were going to buy as
minimal an amount of supplies as possible &
instead reuse found or free objects, or stuff
that we ALREADY HAD to create new
things. Then we decided we'd try to market
our collective creations at Kathleen's - hence
Sis boom ba!
